Ingredients
4 cup(s) artichoke hearts, drained
2 cup(s) tomato(es), diced
3/4 cup(s) cheese, mozzarella, non-fat, cubed
2 ounce(s) turkey, deli-style, fat-free, cubed
1 cup(s) vinaigrette, balsamic, low-fat
1 teaspoon basil, dried
pepper, cracked black
Preparation
In a bowl, toss together artichoke hearts, tomatoes, cheese, turkey cubes, balsamic vinaigrette, and pepper. Garnish with dried basil.
